Kevin Civil is one of the best players in Canada. He is a proven winner by leading his team to back to back RSEQ titles (2016 and 2017), as well as leading Montmorency to the national championship in 2017. He uses his speed (probably the fastest player in the country) and high basketball IQ to make up for his size. He has elite ball handling along with great court vision. His shot has improved to a point where you can’t leave him alone or go under screens. He’s an elite floor general and has been a PROBLEM the second he got to Montmorency.
